1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Car Transport Connection website (cartransportconnection.com) and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Car Transport Connection operates as a broker, not a motor carrier. We connect customers with qualified, licensed, and insured auto transport carriers. We do not own or operate trucks directly.

Our services include:

  • Finding competitive trucking companies for your route
  • Vetting carrier credentials and insurance
  • Coordinating transport logistics
  • Providing customer support throughout the process
  • Facilitating communication between you and carriers

3. User Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate vehicle and transport information
  • Ensure your vehicle is operable unless otherwise specified
  • Remain available for scheduled pickup and delivery
  • Remove personal belongings (not covered by carrier insurance)
  • Maintain approximately 1/4 tank of fuel
  • Provide accessible pickup and delivery addresses
  • Notify us of any changes to your order
  • Be present during pickup and delivery for inspection

Important: If your vehicle is not as described, has undisclosed modifications, additional weight, or differs from stock condition without prior notification, you void your right to a refund and may be subject to additional charges.

4. Pricing and Payment

Price Guarantee

We guarantee to produce transport options within $150 of our calculated price, or you are entitled to a full refund of any monies paid.

A $150 booking fee is required to secure your order. This fee covers administrative costs and carrier coordination.

Final payment is made directly to the carrier upon delivery via:

  • Cash
  • Cashier's check
  • Zelle or Cash App
  • Credit card (4.49% processing fee applies)

Prices are not guaranteed until a carrier is assigned and you approve the final rate. We will never dispatch your vehicle at a rate you have not explicitly approved.

5. Insurance and Liability

All cargo coverage is provided by the contracted trucking company, not by Car Transport Connection. We verify carrier insurance policies before dispatch.

Most carriers maintain:

  • Minimum $1,000,000 liability coverage
  • $100,000 - $500,000 cargo coverage
  • Higher coverage available for high-value vehicles

Car Transport Connection is not responsible for physical damages or transport damages. These liabilities are the responsibility of the contracted carrier. We will assist you with documentation and insurance information to file claims against the carrier's cargo insurance.

Personal belongings left in vehicles are NOT covered by carrier insurance.We strongly recommend removing all personal items before transport.

6. Scheduling and Delivery

Scheduling requires a minimum 2-day pickup window with at least one weekday included. Pickup and delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

If you have a firm deadline, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Flexible scheduling improves your rate options and carrier availability.

Dry Run Fee: If your vehicle is not ready for pickup when the carrier arrives, you will be subject to a minimum $100 dry run fee.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

24-Hour Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, provided the order has not been dispatched to a carrier.

After 24 Hours: The $150 booking fee is non-refundable due to administrative and setup costs already incurred. However, any payment made toward the trucking rate is refundable if your vehicle has not been picked up.

Refund Eligibility: You are entitled to a refund if we are unable to:

  • Produce viable transport options within seven days
  • Provide options within $150 of the calculated price

All refunds are subject to a 3.49% processing fee and are processed within 7-10 business days. Refund requests must be made in writing within 30 days.

8. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes will follow this resolution process:

  1. Direct communication with our support team
  2. Mediation if direct communication fails
  3. Binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules

Car Transport Connection's liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Customers agree to individual dispute resolution and waive class action rights.

9. Privacy and Data

We collect contact details, vehicle specifications, and addresses for service coordination, communication, payment processing, and service improvement.

Information is shared with contracted carriers as necessary to complete your transport. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.For complete details, see our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on cartransportconnection.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Car Transport Connection and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use only.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted with revision dates. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.
