- Central Tucson and midtown: Regular carrier access. Give a clear address and a reachable phone.
- Davis-Monthan Air Force Base: PCS moves are common. Confirm whether the truck can enter the installation or should meet at a public lot near the gate. Have orders and leave dates ready when you get a quote.
- University of Arizona: Semester start and end, plus summer break, drive a lot of student and faculty moves. Book around the academic calendar.
- Oro Valley: Gated communities and narrower streets show up more often. Send gate codes early or pick a meet point on Oracle or Tangerine.
- Marana: West-side I-10 access is straightforward for many addresses. New subdivisions can still have tight turns.
- Rita Ranch: Southeast pickup is doable. A nearby big-box lot is the backup if the cul-de-sac is too tight.
